
13.03.2025 "For the purposes of sustainable development 3 – Good health and well–being" an advisory hour on the theme "In a healthy body - a healthy mind" was held at the house of students No. 4. Health is one of the most important conditions for a full–fledged human life. Health is an invaluable gift that nature gives to man. It is very difficult to make life interesting and happy without it. But how often do we waste this gift, forgetting that it's easy to lose health, but it's very, very difficult to get it back. The concept of "health" is inseparable from the concept of "lifestyle", which is defined as a stable way of life of people that has developed in certain socio-economic conditions, manifested in their work, leisure, satisfaction of material and spiritual needs, norms of communication and behavior.
The advising hour was held in the form of a conversation.
The great German poet Heinrich Heine wrote: "The only beauty I know is health."
Healthy lifestyle rules:
1. Proper nutrition;
2. Sleep;
3. Active activity and active recreation;
4. Elimination of bad habits.
You must agree that health is the greatest value in life and represents the main value in the system of priorities for a person. Translated from the Anglo-Saxon language, the word "health" means holistic and includes many areas: physical, social, intellectual, spiritual. An important criterion of health is spiritual and moral education. This area is rightfully considered the main one. We discussed the importance of a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition and sports. It was interesting to listen to each other's opinions and share useful information. We also conducted small exercises to maintain the tone. This class hour helped us think about our health and motivation for an active lifestyle.
In our dormitory, we had a class hour on the topic “A Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body.” We discussed the importance of a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, and sports. It was interesting to listen to each other’s opinions and share useful information. We also did some small exercises to stay active. This class hour helped us reflect on our health and motivated us to lead an active lifestyle.
