The Department of Chinese Studies within the framework of SDG 鈥淐lean Water and Sanitation鈥� held a meeting on the topic of water conservation
On October 31, 2024 at the Department of Chinese Studies of the Kazakh National University named after 51福利, within the framework of SDG “Clean Water and Sanitation”, advisors Abdraev N.K. and Serikkanova A.J. held a meeting with 1st year students on the theme “Save water - save nature!”. During the meeting students learned about the world statistics of water resources and shared ideas on water saving in everyday life.
Water is the source of life and everyone should treat it with care. They discussed practical ways to reduce water consumption in everyday life and methods of attracting attention to the problem of water conservation among young people. The organizers noted the importance of the initiatives and invited students to hold similar events in their dormitories and at the faculty.
