���������������� 06.02.2023 at 13.00 at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi under the guidance of senior teachers Borankulova S.K. and Nurelova A.M. the solemn opening of the winter school for students of Japanese universities, who arrived in Almaty the day before from Japan, took place. About 30 students arrived to study within the framework of the winter school program at the Faculty of Oriental Studies from the largest higher educational institutions in Japan - Sofia University and Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. In accordance with the program of the event, a concert was first organized for foreign students. After the concert program, a buffet was organized, where local and foreign students could get to know each other better and talk in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. At the end, commemorative photographs were taken with Acting Dean Em N.B. and instructors of Far East Department. Let me remind you that now Japanese students will begin to undergo a 3-week training with local teachers as part of the winter school program at the Faculty of Oriental Studies.
