The organization operates through 14 faculty-based branches, bringing together a significant number of students and master's students, providing them with social support and professional development opportunities.

Key Objectives:

Quality Education (SDG 4): Organizing training and professional development programs for trade union activists, including mediation, labor rights protection, and leadership programs.

"Altyn Sapa" Intellectual Debate Club

"Altyn Sapa" is the first Kazakh-language debate club in Kazakhstan, established to shape a new generation of youth with high spiritual, intellectual, and moral values, political literacy, and a strong sense of civic responsibility.
