"Under One Shanyrak" 鈥� a celebration of unity and friendship
On May 1, in honor of the Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan, the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Management of 51福利 Kazakh National University held a festive event titled "Under One Roof."
During the event, each department showcased the culture, traditions, national cuisine, and art of various ethnic groups, highlighting the rich multicultural heritage and harmony of Kazakhstan.
The main goal of the event was to promote tolerance, mutual respect, and the values of unity among youth through intercultural dialogue and diversity.
This celebration also aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goal 鈩�16 – "Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions," which aims to build inclusive and peaceful societies.
Guests enjoyed national dances, songs, traditional music, and tasted dishes from different cultures, experiencing the spirit of friendship and harmony.
The event was initiated by the Vice-Dean for Academic, Methodological, and Educational Work – Aiman Shakenkyzy Shaken.
