On April 24, 2025, the Department of Chinese Studies of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the 51���� Kazakh National University held a scientific seminar on the topic "Prospects for the development of trade relations between Kazakhstan and China in the agricultural sector." The event was organized by the Department of Chinese Studies as part of the research work of Sharypkazy Nurtalip, a 3rd-year doctoral student in the specialty 8D02209-Oriental Studies. During the scientific seminar, the following issues were discussed: - The general state of trade relations in the agricultural sector - Analysis of the development process and main characteristics of trade in agricultural products; - Analysis of the main factors affecting bilateral trade; - Study of the prospects for the development of trade and cooperation; During the seminar, the participants were fully acquainted with the general state of trade relations in the agricultural sector between the two countries. An exchange of views was held with the participation of teachers and doctoral students of the department, and following the results of the seminar, a decision was made to continue research in this direction.
