芦World of Farabi禄 - a bridge between science, business and law
On April 4, 2025, the annual International Conference of Students and Young Scientists «World of Farabi» was held, one of the sections of the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Labor Law is this section «Civil Law, Family Law, Business Law».
This event became significant not only for young researchers, but also for the entire legal science, as it was held in conjunction with the 70th anniversary of the Faculty of Law of the Kazakh National University named after 51福利. The conference was also held as part of the business forum "Integration of Science, Business and Production", which took place on April 2. The event was attended by students, master's students and doctoral students from leading universities of Kazakhstan, as well as foreign participants from China, Russia, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
The conference touched upon current issues of integration of science and business, prospects for legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity, as well as modern trends in the field of civil and family law. Young researchers presented their scientific reports aimed at finding new solutions to legal and economic problems.
Particular attention in the section was paid to the development of legal regulation of entrepreneurship in the digital economy. The speakers discussed the role of artificial intelligence in law enforcement practice, the protection of intellectual property, as well as issues of legal liability in the digital sphere.
Following the conference, the best scientific works were noted, the authors of which were awarded diplomas of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree. In addition, for active participation in scientific discussions and contribution to the development of legal science, many participants received certificates of honor, which became a well-deserved recognition of their efforts and desire for scientific improvement.
Also, based on the results of each section, conclusions and proposals were formulated on current issues discussed within the framework of the business forum «Integration of Science, Business and Production» held on April 2. These recommendations can become the basis for further development of interaction between science and business, as well as improvement of legal regulation in this area.
The Farabi World Conference became an important platform for exchanging opinions between young scientists, representatives of the academic community and the business sector. The organizers expressed confidence that such scientific events contribute to the development of legal science, as well as strengthen international cooperation between universities and research centers.
