On November 7, 2023, the Head of our state gave specific instructions to improve the quality of education, increase the contribution of science to the development of the country and modernize the university campus.

As part of the celebration of KazNU's 90th anniversary, we have built the Farabi Hub Center for Innovative Products and High-tech Projects. Its goal is to accelerate the introduction of scientific developments and technological ideas into the real economy, providing access to advanced knowledge, technologies and resources.

Farabi Hub maintains partnerships with universities and research institutes, as well as investor companies. This opens the way for joint research and development of new technologies.

Its scientific laboratories, equipped with the latest instruments, allow for research and experimentation in various fields of science and technology. The university's facilities include ZTE, BASF, Benlin Technology Corporation, CNRS, France's leading government research institution, as well as a number of foreign companies and research institutes. There is also a coworking space, a conference room, a buffet hall, and a coffee shop.

The total area of the Farabi Hub is 5,000 sq. m.
