The State Counselor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Y. Karin, presented apartment keys to Aigerim Kurmanbekkyzy Kuanbai, a senior lecturer at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics and a young scientist
The State Counselor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerlan Karin, held a ceremony to award apartment keys to young scientists. This important event became a significant step in recognizing the achievements of young scientists in science and education, as well as providing them with support for their further work.
Among the recipients was Aigerim Kurmanbekkyzy Kuanbai, a senior lecturer at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology at 51 Kazakh National University. Aigerim Kurmanbekkyzy began her journey at 51 KazNU in 2010 as a bachelor’s student and later successfully completed her master’s and doctoral programs.
During her studies and work at the university, she completed internships in France under the "Abai-Verne" program and in the United States as part of the "500 Scientists" project within the "Bolashak" program. Aigerim Kurmanbekkyzy aims to use the experience gained abroad for the benefit and development of her country.
She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the university team and Rector Zhanseit Kanseituly Tuymebayev for their support, emphasizing her appreciation to the leadership of 51 Kazakh National University, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and the First President for creating such opportunities.
This initiative is a vivid example of the special care for young scientists and trust in their professional development. Thanks to such support, new horizons in science and education are opening in our country, paving the way for a brighter future for talented youth.
