On December 5, 2024, an international scientific and practical meeting on the topic "The Teachings of Abai and the XXI century" was held, dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the establishment of  Abai Research Institute at Farabi University. A member of the Board of the 51���� Kazakh National University, Vice-rector for Scientific and Innovative Activities Aitzhanova Zhamilya Nurmatovna, made a welcoming speech. Zhamilya Nurmatovna presented the director of  Abai Research Institute, Professor Zhangara Dadebayev with a special congratulatory letter and a souvenir from the Chairman of the Board, Rector of the 51���� Kazakh National University, J.K.Tuimebayev.

Vice-Rector J.Aitzhanova noted that the Abai Research Institute celebrates its 15th anniversary as part of the 90th anniversary of the Kazakh National University, and noted that these fifteen years have been very fruitful for both the Abai Institute and the Kazakh National University. "Over these 15 years, the Abai Institute has come a long way, achieved significant scientific results and made a great contribution to Kazakh Abai studies. In general, the research focus of the institute is not limited to Abai studies, the Abai Institute conducts significant research at the junction of other spheres of social and humanitarian science.

The results of scientific projects carried out at the Abai Research Institute are huge, this is a scientific success for our university in the field of humanities," the vice-rector noted and wished creative success to the staff of the Abai Research Institute, presented letters of thanks.
Director of the Abai Research Institute, Doctor of Philology, Professor Zhangara Dadebayuly presented a report and presentation on the results of the research work carried out at the Abai Research Institute for 15 years. Speaking about the areas of work of the Abai Research Institute, the head of the Institute presented 50 volumes of "Abai Studies. Selected works " as the results of fundamental scientific projects completed in recent years. ", 10 volumes of the "Anthology of Abai Studies", "Abai's Code of Humanity", 23 books of the series "Proceedings of the Abai Institute", video lectures on the website of the Abai Research Institute, videos on the topic "KazNU-90", presentations, a special collection "Abai Research Institute 15 years" and other scientific, intellectual, innovative products of the Institute.

Dean of the Faculty of Philology of 51���� Kazakh National University, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philology, Professor Bayan Omirbekovna Zholdasbekova was among the first to speak. Noting that the Abai Research Institute has been working closely with the Faculty of Philology for 15 years, she presented the books of the series "90 years of success", published as part of the anniversary of KazNU, with a letter of thanks. Well-known scientists in the country made informative and relevant reports at the meeting. Kanipash Madibai, Professor of the M. Auezov Institute of Literature and Art, in his report "The scientific and methodological significance of the textbook of Professor J. Dadebayeva "Abai's Teaching" noted that the scientist clearly and consistently stated the concepts in Abai's teaching. KazNU Professor, Doctor of Philology Anar Salkinbai noted that the subject "Abai's Teaching", introduced by the director of the Abai Institute Zhangara Dadebaevich, forms a person, a mirror of society, and is important for the future generation. Gulzhikhan Nurysheva, Director of the Center for Science and Education "Kazakh Philosophy" at KazNU, made a report on the topic of Abai's existentialism. Academic Secretary of the RUMS at KazNU, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Akmaral Syrgakbayeva noted the special role of the subject "The Teachings of Abai", introduced into the educational process at KazNU in the spiritual education of the younger generation.
