"Academic Mobility as a Source of New Perspectives"

On November 25, 2024, an event on the topic: "Academic Mobility as a Source of New Perspectives" was organized for the students of the Department of Turkology and Language Theory. This event was organized by Dr. Sultanbek K.B., who is responsible for the academic mobility program. The students who have studied abroad through last year's bilateral agreements and grants took part in the event.
The event started with an overview of general information about academic mobility. This was followed by presentations about the bilateral agreements and the documentation required for state grants. During the discussion, the grant-winners and the students who have visited universities for academic purposes shared their experiences. They highlighted the advantages and challenges of studying abroad.
Currently, 30 of our students are studying in Turkey for the fall semester. This indicates an increase in the number of students interested in overseas education. Our students attend some of the best universities in Turkey, Poland, China, and Japan. They combine theory with practical experience during their studies.
At the conclusion of the presentation, students posed questions, expressed interest in pursuing further studies, and expressed pleasure and gratitude at the prospect of being able to pursue their studies through a government-funded program in the future.
Organizer: PhD, senior lecturer of the Department of Turkology and Language Theory K.B. Sultanbek, deputy head of the department for academic-methodological and educational work Sh.T. Kudyarova.
