On October 23, 2024  a curatorial hour dedicated to  the "Republic Day" was held.

The purpose of the event: To form patriotic consciousness and pride for our country among students, increase knowledge about the meaning of Republic Day, its historical and cultural aspects, as well as about the path of formation of independent Kazakhstan, fostering respect for the symbols and attributes of the state such as the flag, coat of arms and anthem, as well as an understanding of their importance.

The students prepared a presentation. They told about the date of October 25 in Kazakhstan as a holiday with its own history and significance. On October 25, 1990, the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR established the “Declaration of State Sovereignty”, which proclaimed the sovereignty of the Kazakh SSR. This was the beginning of the legal formation of the independence of the Kazakh SSR. The students talked about domestic and foreign policy reforms, about the formation of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an independent state, which, having joined the UN, became an independent political unit on the world stage.  This year marks the 34th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration.

It was decided: Students will contribute to the development of their country, be proud of Kazakhstan's achievements on the world stage and sacredly honor the state symbols of the country – the coat of arms, flag and anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
