
An event dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at the Faculty of Oriental Studies. On the eve of the holiday, the faculty community was introduced to the history of the adoption of the constitution and the introduced changes.
Constitution is the main law of every state. The first Constitution of independent Kazakhstan was adopted on January 28, 1993. Based on the Constitution of 1993, our country is a parliamentary republic model, but on the basis of the Constitution adopted in 1995, it moved to presidential-parliamentary power. A number of changes have been made to the Constitution adopted in 1995.
