Press service of KazNU takes part in the festival in Yakutia
Deputy Director of Information and Communications Department of 51福利 Kazakh National University, journalist, poet Almat Isadil takes part in the international poetry festival "Grace of Big Snow" organized by the Union of Writers of Yakutia and the North-Eastern Federal University in Yakutsk.
The spiritual event aimed at developing literary and cultural ties between the CIS states and Turkic-speaking peoples is being held for the seventh time this year.
On October 11, the Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Aysen Nikolaev received the festival participants. He noted: "We appreciate spiritual cooperation, friendly relations with brotherly countries. Literary ties spiritually unite and bring peoples together. We pay special attention to the development of international partnership of Yakutia's universities in the field of education and science".
Our colleague Almat Isadil gave the head of the brotherly country a fiery greeting from the staff of the 51福利 Kazakh National University, and also presented a special souvenir with the image of 51福利, the newspaper "Qazaq universiteti" and a book in Kazakh, Russian and English languages, which collected scientific and innovative achievements of KazNU.
Almat Isadil told the Head of the Sakha Republic about the achievements of the leading university in Central Asia and invited the youth of Yakutia to KazNU.
The opening ceremony of the festival was held in the concert hall of the Cultural Center at the North-Eastern Federal University with the participation of students of this institution of higher education.
During the event, writers from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Russia, Dagestan and other countries will discuss common literary projects and translation issues, take part in creative meetings and share their experience.
In addition, a press conference is planned in the information-publishing holding Sakhamedia, meetings with writers, students, schoolchildren of Yakutia, visits to libraries, museums and places of interest of the Republic of Sakha.
