On October 3, 2023, in the dormitory No. 17 of the Faculty of Philology, within the framework of the sustainable development project “SDG 16. Peace, justice and effective institutions”,  the teachers of the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation Studies of the Faculty of Philology held an open event with the 1st year students majoring in  “6B02304-Translation Studies” and  the 2nd year students of  “6B02303-Foreign Philology” major  on the topic: "Building a peaceful and open society."

During the event the  students Olga Grigorievna Biryukova and Dilyara Gabidenovna Utegenova made  reports and presentations on the topic:  Necessity  for effective participation of government institutions to  create   peaceful, fair and open societies, as well as fair economic policies and inclusive environmental protection”.
