      On April 5-6, 2023, an international conference of young scientists and students called "Farabi World" was held within the framework of the Farabi Forum.  12 students from the Department of Chinese Studies participated.  1st-year graduate student Orazbayev Sultan and 2nd-year student Makashev Alikhan, under the leadership of department head Kerimbaev Yerzhan, won the 2nd place in their sections.
