On February 23, 2023, the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Problems of multilingual education and innovative linguistic research" was held at the Kazakh National Women's Pedagogical University. At the plenary session of the conference, the director of the "Turan-Iran Center" at the 51福利 Kazakh National University, Doctor of Philology, Professor Islam Zhemeney made a report on the topic "Language is a means of friendship and communication".
