Distraction of theoretical education from actual industrial conditions is one of the shortcomings of specialist training. Now it is time to involve the employer in the specialist training process. This method has proven its effectiveness in world practice. This problem is not left out of the attention of our university. This direction is considered at a high level in the development strategy of the university. In order to implement this task, the Department of Chinese Studies, Faculty of Oriental Studies had negotiations with the management of JSC "Industry and Commercial Bank of China Almaty" in the country. "Industry and Commercial Bank of China" is one of the largest banks not only in China, but also in the world. On the Chinese side, the bank director Mr. Bai Ming, Mr. Yang Xiaoguang, the chief operating director, and Tolendieva Meruert, deputy head of the department of personnel affairs, took part in the meeting held at the Faculty of Oriental Studies. During the negotiations, the two sides comprehensively considered ways to train specialists in accordance with modern requirements. In particular, the cooperation is to provide students with industrial practice, to become a permanent practice base of the faculty, to provide internships with the condition of continued employment of students, to organize various courses to improve the qualifications of employees and teachers of both institutions, to compile textbooks, educational tools, dictionaries, and to participate in scientific projects of various levels. such types as providing assistance, awarding various scholarships to excellent students, active participation in various events and helping as a sponsor were discussed. In addition, the issue of opening a branch of the department near the bank was also considered. Currently, 4 graduates of our department are working at the "Industry and Commercial Bank of China Almaty". This meeting, held in a very warm atmosphere, was the first step towards cooperation and partnership between the two institutions. In the next step, efforts will be made to implement all these discussed directions in order.
