On the 2nd of December 2022, the leader of the "Silk Road" circle, Duysenbay Kulpinay lead the students of the Department of Chinese Studies took part in the event "Language region specialization: Turkish and Chinese", organized by Turan University.

The purpose of the event was to strengthen unity and friendship between countries and to get to know those countries more closely.  51���� Kazakh National University, Turan University, UIB, Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and Wolrd Languages and ATU participated in the event.  Students sang songs, danced, recited poems and presented their traditions in Chinese and Turkish nationalities.  On behalf of our university, Mukhamedzhanova Madina recited Abay's poem in Chinese, Birlikuly Erlik performed a Chinese song with guitar and showed his skills.
