The analysis of the floating tunnel project is carried out
The facilitation session "Assessment of risks and opportunities for the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the construction of a floating tunnel across the Caspian Sea: proposals" has begun its work at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The main goal is to develop effective solutions and proposals aimed at the implementation of the floating tunnel project across the Caspian Sea. Moderator, experienced expert in management and strategy of the training, renowned business coach Kaysar Makan congratulated the participants, noted the importance of the upcoming discussions and wished them good luck.

The meeting is attended by leading experts, faculty members and scientists from the law, as well as the faculties of Geography and Environmental Management, Philosophy and Political science, information Technology and Artificial Intelligence of the University and the Higher School of Economics and Business.
In his speech, Master of Law, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law Kanat Alikhan noted: "The topic of today's session is a special initiative that has never been on the agenda. If this project is implemented in the future, it will become one of the most complex infrastructure projects that have no analogues at the global level",- he said.

During the session, the issues of analyzing the main stakeholders of the project and their interests, identifying possible risks and effective forms of interaction with stakeholders were comprehensively considered. Current and future factors that may affect the project's execution were also analyzed, and solutions were developed to reduce potential risks.

Expert Bauyrzhan Tazhibayev, sharing his opinion, noted: "The main purpose of the strategic session is to find out the point of view of scientific experts, to form a common solution to emerging issues. The most important thing is to gather opinions in one direction and take a unified position. This project is a very relevant and interesting initiative not only for Kazakhstan, but also for neighboring countries",- he said.
