Educational program
The purpose of the educational program is to prepare highly qualified specialists of modern formation, who have the ability to use theoretical knowledge and research methods in practice in the field of designing and managing the innovative technologies in the power industry, possessing the meneger knowledge and competencies in demand at work in enterprises and organizations of the energy industry related to production, transmission and consumption of electrical energy, as well as in design and research organizations and universities of technical profile
ON1 Use mathematical apparatus and standard application packages for constructing mathematical models of electrical circuits based on methods for analyzing the modes of nonlinear electrical and magnetic circuits, physical phenomena and processes in electrophysics and high-voltage technologies;
ON2 Identify problems in the field of legal provision of energy supply and energy and propose solutions within the framework of the current system of legal regulation of the electric power industry, based on the skills of using technical and regulatory documentation
ON3 Interpret the tasks of designing and implementing sections of the innovation strategy in the electric power industry
ON4 To develop scientific communication between scientists and innovators within the framework of the "knowledge triangle" model in the creation, development, dissemination and use/transformation of innovative products/services
ON5 Offer solutions for the adaptation of modern versions of quality management systems to specific production conditions based on international standards, implementation of technical control and quality management
ON6 To assess the technical and economic efficiency of decisions
ON7 Analyze the operating modes of electric power systems and networks and plan the power consumption of the facility
ON8 Implement energy achievements in the educational process in educational institutions
ON9 Calculate the parameters of high-voltage equipment, typical characteristics and parameters for the reliability of power supply systems, parameters of electrical circuits and signals of direct and alternating current, electronic circuits in automation and control systems of power facilities, electronic and power circuits
ON10 Integrate computer-aided design systems into professional energy activities, the results of processing scientific and engineering experiments, mathematical models into energy facilities
ON11 Critically think and understand the role of history and philosophy in science and technology
ON12 Organize the work of the team of performers and make management decisions in the context of different opinions

This educational program was built taking into account the analysis of similar programs of leading foreign educational organizations, where special attention is paid to innovative, information, communication, computer technologies in the modern electric power industry, and also takes into account the trend of development of the electric power industry: sustainable energy and safe ecology, digitalization and SMART networks in the electric power industry, the creation of ultra-high voltage electric networks and electromagnetic compatibility, innovative management and improving the energy efficiency of production, transmission and consumption of electricity.
