"Political and legal problems of the formation of integrity in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the modern period".

A comprehensive study of the political and legal problems of the formation of integrity as the basis of an anti-corruption culture in the modern society of the Republic of Kazakhstan; development of legal technologies aimed at the formation of integrity among citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and ways to implement them; presentation of scientific and practical conclusions and recommendations aimed at improving preventive activities in the field of combating corruption. All the research tasks have been completed in full in accordance with the work schedule for 2022-2024. The study examined the main approaches and directions of the formation of integrity in modern society of Kazakhstan, proposed new and improved existing tools for improving the integrity of the population; developed recommendations for the interaction of government agencies, civil institutions and individuals; recommendations for improving the activities of government agencies, as well as proposals to improve the current national anti-corruption legislation. As a result, the projects have produced more than 10 CCPs, more than 12 articles from international conferences, 2 guidelines, 2 textbooks, 3 scopes and 1 monograph.

 

"The collapse of the Russian Empire and the revival of Kazakh statehood: historical and legal analysis"

The analysis of previous works and declassified archival materials on the revival of the Kazakh statehood is carried out. The textbook "The Evolution of the Kazakh statehood" has been prepared in Kazakh and Russian. The historical prerequisites for the emergence of autonomies on the territory of Kazakhstan on the eve and after the October revolution in the former Russian Empire have been identified; a legal assessment of the regulatory framework for the transformation of the Kazakh ASSR into a union republic within the USSR has been carried out.; The consequences and influence of the era of colonialism on the development and formation of modern Kazakhstan are revealed. The republican scientific conference on the project topic was held. The collection of materials "The revival of the Kazakh statehood: historical and legal analysis" has been published.  Almaty: Kazakh University, 2024. 130 p. ISBN 978-601-04-6860-3.
