Graduate Day occupies a special place in the organization of various cultural events. Alumni Day is a special holiday that annually gathers the most dear guests within the walls of our Alma Mater - those who once graduated from here, but forever remained a part of the university family. This year's event was especially warm and solemn. The university has opened its doors to graduates from different years, from those who graduated decades ago to very recent graduates. The atmosphere was filled with joyful meetings, memories, laughter and even a slight nostalgia. The celebration began with the official part — a welcoming speech by the rector, honored guests and veterans of teaching. The achievements of graduates who achieved success in various fields were noted: science, business, culture, and social activities. There were words of gratitude to his native university, which became a launching pad for great achievements. A special place in the program was occupied by the performance of ART center students and graduates: the waltz of graduates with the participation of more than a hundred students in snow-white dresses and tuxedos surprised all the audience.; The modern flash mob of graduates to the trending song by Dimash Kudaibergenov received the largest number of warm responses in the country's social networks; folk dances and patriotic songs were performed at the highest level. The culmination of the celebration was the taking out of the huge flag of Farabi University to the final song "Zhasai ber KazUYim!", the launch of a balloon with the inscription of the holiday.
After the official part, a festive buffet, informal communication, and guided tours of the renovated buildings and laboratories awaited everyone. Many graduates watched with interest how the university had changed, and noted with pride that the spirit of Alma Mater remained unchanged — strong, inspiring, native.
