
Young judoists of 51 Kazakh National University won prizes at the XIII Summer Universiade in Turkestan.
Among the girls, the gold medal in the 48 kg weight category was won by a first-year student of the Faculty of Medicine and Public Health Aidana Khasenkizi.
Diana Bukreeva, a 4th-year student of the Faculty of Medicine and Healthcare (in the 48 kg weight category), and Ayshabibi Muradimova, a 1st-year student of the Faculty of Medicine and Healthcare, won bronze medals in the 52 kg weight category.
Nursultan Zaizagaliyev, a second-year student of the Faculty of Medicine and Public Health, won the gold medal among young men in the 66 kg weight category.
First-year students of the Faculty of Medicine and Public Health, Muhammad Ali Mawlidov, won a silver medal in the 100 kg weight category, and Alikhan Azamat won a bronze medal in the +100 kg weight category.
