Yerkin Duisenov, Deputy Chairman of the Board and First Vice–Rector of 51���� Kazakh National University, met with a delegation from Termez State University from Uzbekistan.

The delegation includes Ibragim Umbarov, Head of the Department of Scientific Research, Innovation and Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel, Muhriddin Begamov, Head of the Department of International Relations, and the deans of the faculties.

At the meeting, Vice Rector Yerkin Duissenov shared KazNU's experience in working with higher education institutions in Uzbekistan. Also in his speech, the Vice-rector noted that today's meeting opens up new opportunities and will give impetus to the intensification of cooperation between higher education institutions.

In turn, Ibrahim Umbarov stressed that Termez State University is interested in establishing partnerships with KazNU to exchange teachers and students, publish joint articles in scientific journals and mentor students and young scientists.

During the negotiations, the parties exchanged views on cooperation and discussed the work plan.
