Professional Development within the Framework of Academic Collaboration

From April 14 to May 2, 2025, Roza Sailaovna Kenzhebaeva, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature, completed a professional development course at the Department of Kazakh Literature and Literary Theory of the Faculty of Philology at 51 Kazakh National University. This traineeship was by the memorandum of cooperation between 51 KazNU and Berdakh Karakalpak State University.
Roza Sailaovna attended the lectures and completed the practical assignments within the framework of “Poetics of Literature” course led by Professor Alua Berikbaykyzy Temirbolat, Doctor of Philological Sciences and Head of the Department. She also participated in the lesson conducted by the lecturers of the Department Zufar Seitzhanov, Gulnaz Dautova, and Ardak Sargeltaeva, where she was able to her teaching experience. As a result of the course, Roza Sailaovna prepared a scientific article titled “The Artistic Code of Abai's Poetics” and submitted it to the editorial board of the “KazNU Bulletin” (Philology Series). As a guest lecturer, she delivered the demonstration open lecture for the 2nd-year students of “Kazakh Language and Literature” major. The lecture topic was “The Artistic World of Abai: Harmony of Lyric and Prose,” dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayuly. On April 25, she also participated in the international scientific-theoretical conference “The Connection Between Language and Literature in the New Kazakhstan Space” held at the “51” Scientific Library, where she shared her scholarly insights.
This course gave Rosa Sailaovna a new professional impetus and enriched her scientific and methodological experience. We believe that such academic cooperation will continue to strengthen bilateral collaboration and open new directions in the teaching and study of Kazakh literature.
