On April 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., a Leadership Lecture by the managers and coaches of the Atlético Madrid football club was held in the conference hall of the Faculty of Medicine and Health on the topic: "The Atlético Madrid Academy Fitness Program and Its Implementation in the Kazakhstan Football Academy."
The purpose of the Leadership Lecture was to share experiences and perspectives on the implementation of the Atlético Madrid Academy Fitness Program into the Kazakhstan Football Academy in the training of future coaches and managers of sports teams.
Lecturers: managers and coaches of Atlético Madrid FC — Javier González (Project Manager), Antonio Bueno (Sports Coordinator), Iván Nakamura (Sports Coordinator), and Ilya Artyushenko (Sports Coordinator).
The lecture was attended by students, master's students, doctoral candidates, and faculty members of the Department of Physical Education and Sports.
The lecturers shared their experiences and insights into the specifics of training young players and the implementation of a program designed for everyone who wishes to develop their talents according to the methodology of the Atlético de Madrid Academy under the guidance of academy coaches.
