The Farabi Scientific Library hosted the international scientific and theoretical conference "The Connection between Language and Literature in the new space of Kazakhstan", dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Professor Zinola-Gabden Bisengali and Professor Zhamal Mankeeva.

The joint event was organized by the Philological Faculty of 51���� Kazakh National University and the A.Baitursynov Institute of Linguistics. The conference was attended by renowned foreign and domestic linguists, researchers, professors and teachers. An exhibition of the professors' works and materials was presented to the participants.

At the opening ceremony of the conference, Vice-Rector for Social Development Sabit Suatai delivered an introductory speech, noting the great contribution of Professor Zinola-Gabden Bisengali and Professor Zhamal Mankeeva to the development of the Kazakh language and literature. Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bayan Zholdasbekova, Head of the Department of Kazakh Literature and Literary Theory, Professor Alua Temirbolat and Head of the Department of Kazakh Linguistics named after A.Baitursynov, Candidate of Philology Abdibek Amirov also delivered welcoming speeches.

Interesting presentations on research in the field of language science, the history of the development of the Kazakh language and literature, etc. were presented at the plenary session. The reports of the Secretary of the Board of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, Professor K.Abdezuly, Professor of the Bashkent University, PhD, were heard.Suyer (Republic of Turkey), Director General of the M.Auezov Institute of Literature and Art, Professor K.Matyzhanov, and many other famous scientists.

During the conference, a presentation of books by the authors Z. Seitzhanova, Zh. Dadebaeva, and K. Abdezuly was held. The event then continued with thematic sections, where participants shared their views and exchanged experiences. In conclusion, a resolution was adopted and the results were summarized.
