IQ Stars: Parade of Excellence — A Bridge of Trust to the Future

Top students of the Faculty of History at 51 Kazakh National University received scholarships from an international company.
In the spring of 2025, the Faculty of History at 51 Kazakh National University hosted a meaningful and educationally significant event. As part of the implementation of Goal No. 4 “Quality Education” of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), first-year students of the Department of History of Kazakhstan, particularly those enrolled in the educational program "6B02205", actively participated in scientific research and won awards at the traditional annual international scientific conference "Farabi Alemi" ("The World of Farabi"). Their achievements were highly recognized and received strong support from international partners.
As part of the event, one of the largest logistics companies of the People’s Republic of China — Shandong Hi-Speed Qilu Eurasia Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. — awarded a one-time scholarship totaling 500,000 KZT (50,000 KZT per student) to ten active and talented students. This scholarship was presented through the personal initiative of the company's General Director in the Almaty branch of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mr. Lü Junfeng, and the Director of Marketing and Assistant to the General Director, Ms. Aizhan Abisheva.
The event, titled "IQ Stars: Parade of Excellence", was dedicated to honoring the efforts of youth striving for academic and scientific success. It became an inspiring and motivational academic and cultural gathering that encouraged students to move forward with greater confidence.
During the ceremony, the Dean of the Faculty of History, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Dosbol Baigunakov, warmly congratulated the scholarship recipients and stated:
"Supporting students is an investment in the future of the nation. Your current achievements in the fields of education and science are not only personal milestones but also a reflection of the intellectual potential of our country. I express my sincere gratitude to our international partners for their generous support. This is a clear indicator of strong educational and scientific collaboration between our two countries."
Head of the Department of History of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, and Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Bereket Karibayev, also emphasized the importance of the initiative and expressed his belief in the students’ future potential:
"Achieving concrete results in science requires persistence and dedication. The success of our students is the outcome of collective effort, responsible teaching, and the students’ commitment to their goals. Such support from international companies demonstrates their trust in youth, education, and science."

Following the award ceremony, the students expressed their gratitude to the guests through a creative performance, including music, traditional instruments, and theatrical scenes.
"IQ Stars: Parade of Excellence" is not only a recognition of young people’s talent and hard work, but also a spiritually significant cultural event that strengthens international collaboration and friendship.
