Within the framework of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of KazNU. 51���� image events to achieve the UN SDGs, covering 16,17 SDGs on the initiative of the scientific community "Fair Law" for 3rd year law students, on April 16, 2025, at 3 p.m., a guest lecture on a topical topic in the light of recent events in Kazakhstan was successfully held in the 305 auditorium on the topic: "Legality and the rule of law are the foundation of prosperity New Kazakhstan".The speaker of the event was the deputy.the head of the department of the local police service of the Almaty Police Department, Police Major Eleusizov Aytan Zhanamanovich .

The event was organized by active members of the scientific community: 3rd year students of the Faculty of Economics - Bogdan Zhakitov, Arystan Kuandykov.  The event was conducted under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department, Doctor of Law Kalisheva N.H.    
   Legality is manifested in the rule of law and the inviolability of human rights, equality and the inevitability of legal responsibility. It is implemented in the activities of government agencies. The rule of law is the structure of society that has arisen as a result of the implementation of legal norms.
Examples of the concept of "legality" were given as:
- the obligation to execute court decisions - the court decision is lawful, and it must be executed in accordance with the law.
The legality of elections - elections must be conducted in accordance with the law, and the results must reflect the will of the people.
Legality of criminal prosecution - the prosecution of persons for crimes must be carried out in accordance with the law, taking into account the rights and freedoms of citizens.
Examples of the concept of "law and order" were also given.:
Compliance with the rules of the road - drivers must follow the rules of the road to ensure the safety of all road users.
Respect for the law - Citizens must respect the law and abide by it in order to maintain law and order in society.
Independence of the judiciary - The judiciary must be independent in order to ensure justice and respect for the law, and maintain law and order in society.
Law and order is a social value.
The speaker announced laws in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens, where priority is given to the Constitution, the basic law of the country.
The incidents presented by the lecturer are based on real statistics in Kazakhstan in recent years.
   Despite the fact that we live in a modern developed society, cases of domestic violence in families are quite common. Of course, it is often not customary to talk about this openly, and in vain. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulates that human dignity is inviolable, everyone has the right to defend their honor and dignity.  We believe that holding such events will be a useful experience for future law enforcement professionals.
