
On April 9, 2025, a classroom hour titled “A Conversation Without Stereotypes: What Do We Know About HIV Today?” was held at the Faculty of Philology of 51 Kazakh National University.
During the meeting, the participants discussed common myths and scientifically proven facts about HIV, explored modern prevention methods, protection strategies, and diagnostic tools. Specialists from the Almaty AIDS Center spoke about their work, available support services, and the importance of timely testing. The main goal was to dispel fear, encourage open and judgment-free dialogue about health and responsibility.
