The International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists “FARABI ALEMI” was finalized at the Faculty of Law. Four sections were announced at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law.  Section “Theoretical-legal”. Members of the Commission: Doctor of Law, Professor Ibrayeva A.S., Candidate of Law, Acting Associate Professor Tursynkulova D.A., Candidate of Law, Acting Associate Professor Useionova K.R., Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Sartaev S.A., Nurbakytova Zh.There were 20 participants. Young scientists and students were prepared as scientific supervisors.   

Saule Akhmetova, 3rd year doctoral student. The theme of the speech “Problems of personal data protection in the draft laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on artificial intelligence”. In conditions of global use of information technologies in social and economic relations, the concept of artificial intelligence, terminology used, subject composition of persons involved in social relations in the field of artificial intelligence, their rights and obligations should be defined more carefully, coherently and specifically.
