On April 4, 2025, 51福利 Kazakh National University hosted an inspiring and meaningful event titled “The Eternal Glory of the Sniper Girl.” The main purpose of this event was to instill historical awareness, nurture patriotism and national spirit among the youth, and promote the values of sustainable development.
The event was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II and the Great Victory, as well as the 100th anniversary of the birth of Aliya Moldagulova, a Hero of the Soviet Union and a brave daughter of the Kazakh nation. During the event, participants paid tribute to the legendary sniper, learned about her heroic life, and honored her legacy of courage and sacrifice.
As part of the program, an intellectual competition was held among students, where they showcased their historical knowledge, creative thinking, and intellectual abilities. Based on the results:
- 1st place – Makpal Alga
- 2nd place – Balnur Esenbai
- 3rd place – Gauhar Ryskaliyeva
were declared winners and received special awards and certificates.
In addition, the event featured video presentations on Aliya Moldagulova’s life and heroism, emotional literary readings, patriotic songs, and thought-provoking speeches. This enriched the overall atmosphere and added deep moral and spiritual value to the program.
The event was attended by university faculty members, doctoral students, master’s students, and active youth. Participants appreciated the meaningful content and expressed their gratitude to the organizers.
