New trends in the development of pedagogical science
The scientific library of 51福利 Kazakh National University hosted an international round table "The scientific legacy of Professor Nadezhda Khmel in the context of the modern educational paradigm"
The event is held as part of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals: 鈩�17 – "Partnership for Sustainable Development", 鈩�4 – "Quality Education".
The organizers were: Begalieva S.B.– PhD, Professor of the Department of Russian Philology and World Literature, Faculty of Philology, 51福利 Kazakh National University, Magauova A.S., PhD, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management, Kasen G.A., PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of General and Applied Psychology.
The purpose of the round table is to rethink the legacy of N.D.Khmel, the leading methodologist of Kazakh pedagogical science of the twentieth century, through the prism of the modern educational paradigm in the post–industrial information society.
The meeting was moderated by Akmaral Magauova, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy at 51福利 Kazakh National University, emphasizing that the event is dedicated to the memory of the world-renowned teacher, Professor N.A.Khmel.
Altai Kazmagambetov, Member of the Board and Vice–Rector for Academic Affairs, made a welcoming speech. "During my postgraduate studies, I had the good fortune to listen to lectures on higher school pedagogy given by Nadezhda Dmitrievna. It was an unforgettable and very valuable experience for us. Nadezhda Dmitrievna was not only a talented scientist and organizer, but also a person with a big soul. I happened to work with her at the same department and in the same dissertation council, of which she was the chairman. When she left this post, she recommended me to take her place. And I thanked her for her trust", - said the vice–rector. - I think it is difficult to overestimate the contribution of the scientist-teacher, the creator of the modern theory of the holistic pedagogical process to the theory and practice of education in the Republic of Kazakhstan"
Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philology, Professor Bayan Dzholdasbekova in her speech emphasized the importance of the event in the year when the 1155th anniversary of the great scientist and thinker al-Farabi is celebrated. At the same time, traditional Farabi readings are held at the university, which is also symbolic for scientists and university professors. Congratulating the participants on the significant event, she wished success to the work of the round table.
The meeting was also attended by: Illarionova L.P., Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor at Moscow State Socio-Pedagogical University (Moscow, Russia), as well as scientists from universities in Kazakhstan: Khan N.N., Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor at KazNPU. Abaya, Kargin S.T. - Ph.D., Professor at E. Buketov KarSU, Aubakirova R.Zh. - Ph.D. of the Russian Federation, Professor, Head of the Department of Personal Development and Education at Toraigyrov University, Omarova G.B.- Ph.D., Head of the Scientific and Methodological Department of the NAO "National Scientific and Practical Institute of Well-being children of "ORKEN".
The participants of the round table discussed topical issues of modern pedagogical science, the legacy of Professor N.D.Khmel and professional pedagogical education in Kazakhstan.
