ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN EDUCATION: SCIENCE, PRACTICE, AND PROSPECTS

At the Faculty of Higher School of Economics and Business of 51 Kazakh National University, a professional development course for educators on the topic “Artificial Intelligence in Education” was held. Educators, researchers, and representatives of the academic community discussed the application of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in the educational process.
The speaker of the event was Askerov Askar Askerovich, PhD in Economics, Senior Lecturer at the Department of "Management" at HSEB. He introduced AI tools that contribute to enhancing teachers' professional competence and optimizing the learning process.
As part of the 72-hour course, participants mastered key digitalization technologies in education: using ChatGPT for teaching, visualizing content with Canva, creating digital solutions with HeyGen and D-ID, and working with integration platforms such as WorldWall, Flippety, Slido, and ResearchRabbit. Special attention was given to the development of personalized voice avatars using AI, opening up new opportunities for creating interactive educational materials.
The program generated significant interest among educators, many of whom expressed a strong desire to actively integrate AI tools into their teaching practices, contributing to the advancement of digital education.
