Professor of the Department of Management of the Higher School of Economics and Business of the 51���� Kazakh National University, Doctor of Economics, Professor A.A. Adambekova was recognized as the Best University Teacher, among 150 best university professors and associate professors. Recognition of the teaching talent and professional experience of Professor Adambekova A.A. is expressed by the high assessment of students: bachelor students, master's students, doctoral students - all respondents, and this is more than 100 people, gave a rating of 10 out of 10 (NPS). She is the author of more than 200 publications, including 19 textbooks and teaching aids, 3 monographs, about 80 publications in the publications on the list recommended by CQASHE, 12 publications in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, 16 author's certificates for scientific developments. For her contribution to the development of science in Kazakhstan in the training of scientific personnel, expert activities, and research, Professor Adambekova A.A. was awarded the honorary badge "For Services to the Development of Science". She is a Laureate of the State Prize named after Sh.Valikhanov, awarded the Gold Medal named after A.Baitursynov, and a recipient of international grants from the Soros Foundation. For her contribution to the economic development of Almaty, she was awarded the jubilee badge "30th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan". It should be emphasized that Professor Adambekova A.A. Throughout her teaching and research activities, she has always strived to be a good teacher, a competent scientist and a kind mentor, and her victory in the 2024 competition is her fourth victory (2005, 2006, 2010). The scientific project on sustainable development successfully implemented under her leadership combines the work of researchers from 4 universities in Kazakhstan and the University of Massachusetts (USA), which also speaks of her professional management qualities.
