Education should not be treated superficially

19 february, 2025

Manshuk MAMBETOVA, candidate of philological Sciences, senior lecturer of the Department of Turkology and language theory:

1.What, in your opinion, should be the "best teacher" of the University, meet what requirements (pedagogical, psychological, etc.)?

2. are you satisfied with the curriculum in your subject, What do you think can be done to improve it?

3. What are our achievements in training a qualified specialist, can you name?

4. are you satisfied with the level of Education of young people?

5. Do you agree with the attitude" society is becoming illiterate"?

1.it seems to me that the "best teacher" of the university should be, first of all, a qualified, experienced, professional who is well versed in his research area. The best teacher is a teacher who is able to form his own school in a specific field of research, tune his students in interest in science and education, keep up with modern trends, and practice creative thinking. He is also a true teacher who is constantly sought, has a high internal culture, and correctly glorifies national spiritual values.

2.in our educational institution, the educational and methodological complex of the discipline is compiled by the subject teacher himself. That is, a responsible case that is assigned to the responsibility of a private teacher. Therefore, when compiling the curriculum of a discipline, starting from the classical scientific literature, using scientific conclusions from the latest research, achievements of information technology, updating and supplementing it from year to year, of course, we will be satisfied. In this regard, it is necessary to improve the training programs in accordance with modern requirements.

3.it can be said that the curricula compiled and offered by university teachers are one of the main achievements in the training of qualified specialists. This is due to the fact that it is compiled by specialists in a special field with a comprehensive search. The curriculum, consisting of subjects that we update if necessary, takes into account the requirements of the moment. It is mainly done in combination with theory and practice. From this point of view, training programs are considered valuable.

4.for example, foreign citizens study at our philological faculty along with our students. If we talk about young people of Kazakhstan, the knowledge that they received from high school, acquired in The Bachelor's degree, in general, is very pleasing. However, when it comes to master's and doctoral programs, unfortunately, we are convinced that the knowledge of our young people is superficial. Often, young people want not to delve into the world of science, not to work hard, but only to stroke their face. Although they have good theoretical knowledge, they are confused when it comes to practical analyzes and experiments. Therefore, it seems to us, the teachers, that we still need to think and improve this vulnerability. "I don't know," he said. It is also not an honor to come to him by chance. Therefore, a person who turns to science should "think a hundred and think a thousand" and take a step.

5.each time has its own characteristics of development. I doubt how correct it is for us to Group modern society with the fact that "books that are printed on paper are becoming illiterate due to unread." How many electronic sources have appeared to replace paper books. We must adapt to it. If there are more and more high-quality sites, applications, channels in the Kazakh language that can consume any information, be it fiction or scientific literature, literacy will certainly increase.
