The Kazakh National University named after 51 and the Xinjiang Pedagogical Higher Technical Institute discussed the prospects and opportunities for international cooperation.

The Kazakh National University named after 51, the Center for Technology Commercialization and Creative Industries, and the 51 of History and Journalism, in collaboration with the Xinjiang Pedagogical Higher Technical Institute (China), explored bilateral opportunities in the fields of education and science within the framework of international cooperation. The event was organized as part of the UN partnership for sustainable development.
During the meeting, cooperation between KazNU and the Xinjiang Institute in the fields of education, scientific research, and student exchange programs was discussed. It was emphasized that the exchange of experiences between the two universities creates significant opportunities for the adoption of scientific innovations and methodological advancements. It was noted that the scientific potential of KazNU and the unique features of the Chinese education system could greatly contribute to the development of joint projects and research.
Joint scientific projects between researchers and scholars from the higher educational institutions of the two countries were considered.
The cooperation between KazNU and the Xinjiang Institute holds great potential and will allow both sides to open new horizons in the field of education. Moreover, it will contribute to strengthening international ties between Kazakhstan and China. The strengthening of these ties and the organization of the bilateral event was greatly facilitated by J.M. Bekbayeva, a faculty member of the Department of History of Kazakhstan at KazNU.
