SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth.
On October 30, 2024, the "Halyk Academy" laboratory was inaugurated. The event was attended by students of the "Data Science" educational program from the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data at 51福利 Kazakh National University, along with their curators and faculty members.
Halyk Academy is an educational and research center focused on the IT field. Located at 51福利 Kazakh National University, it was established as part of the collaboration between Halyk Bank and the university. At this academy, students gain knowledge in programming, design, and data processing in an innovative laboratory equipped with advanced technologies. Additionally, students have the opportunity to attend lectures by Halyk Bank specialists and participate in internships at the bank.
The laboratory includes a coworking area where students can bring their ideas to life and develop collaborative projects. This initiative was implemented to contribute to the development of Kazakhstan's financial and IT sectors, offering students unique opportunities to receive world-class education.
