Within the framework of the implementation of the plan to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all, proclaimed by the UN, the Department of Foreign Languages is actively working in this direction. Thus, "SDG 1: No poverty" is implemented through the provision of specific support to students from low- and middle-income families, as well as vulnerable groups of students.

On October 22, 2024, Associate Professor of the Foreign Languages Department Kulzhanbekova G.K. conducted an English lesson for the 1st-year students of the Higher School of Economics and Business. During the lesson, pair and group work was carried out aimed at consolidating grammatical material, as well as activating background knowledge. At the end of the lesson, the students expressed their readiness and enthusiasm to continue actively studying English grammar in game forms.
