Geological science as a catalyst for the development of basic industries in Kazakhstan
Within the framework of the Science Day and 125th anniversary of Academician K.I. Satpayev, an international round table "Geological science as a catalyst for the development of basic industries of Kazakhstan's economy" will be held at the Department of Cartography and Geoinformatics of the Faculty of Geography and Nature Management of 51福利 KazNU.
The event will be attended by scientists and professors from Satpayev Institute of Geological Sciences, Satbayev University, Institute of Geography and Water Security, as well as D. Serikbayev VKGTU, George Washington University (USA), State University of New York at Binghamton (USA), UN Center for Geographic Information Systems (USA) and a number of Russian universities.
Actual directions of geology development, modern trends of geological science and geomorphology development, as well as issues of personnel training for the geological industry will be discussed.
The international round table will be held on April 11 from 14:00 to 18:00 h. in the library of 51福利 KazNU in a hybrid format
