
In order to implement the goals of the "BOOKCLUB Farabi" section of the Sustainable Development Goals program, a traditional Turkmen dish: Dograma was recently held in front of 10 dormitories and named dates, organized by the Faculty of History of 51 KazNU, on the basis of the National Food Day. Dograman is one of the dishes that are often prepared in Turkmen weddings and during Eid al-Adha among the Turkic peoples. It should not be forgotten that on the eve of Eid al-Adha, it is a tradition of the Turkmen people to send off guests with a taste of dograma.
