Involvement of employers in the training of competitive specialists

On January 12, 2023, a regular meeting of the Council of Employers of the Faculty was held at the Faculty of Oriental Studies. The agenda included issues of cooperation in the training of competitive specialists.     

 The meeting was attended by representatives of the faculty management, coordinators of educational programs of the faculty (at this meeting, the Educational program of the specialty "Translation Studies: Oriental Languages" by the head of Ph.D Abagan A.B. was presented) and representatives of organizations from among employers. Thus, among the participants were businessmen of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kazakhstan: Mohammad Reza Alinagliyan (KazIrAgro LLP), Arian Javidan (Empaya Food LLP), Mohammad Azizi (CIS Gateinc), Seyyed Mehdi Mousavi (SNAAT (Chaat) LLP), Seyyed Ali Hashemi (Copper kz info). , Tauasarov Zh.Zh. - Head of the department of the MG LLP "Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline". Korean organizations in the Kazakhstani labor market were introduced by Amirbek Nazerke - the chief specialist of the Korean Educational Center at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition, among the invited employers were representatives of the Kazakhstani medium and small businesses - Amanzhol Zhuldyz - Director of the Department of Human Resources and Support Services of KZI Bank, Stadnichenko A Lena Nikolaevna - Director of Leela Internationals (Lila Internationals) LLP.       During the meeting, employers were introduced to the main educational programs, the specialty of a translator from oriental languages was considered in more detail. The Faculty of Oriental Studies proposed other areas of cooperation, such as the issues of their participation in the educational process and involvement in the preparation of graduation projects. In addition, participation in the procedures for evaluating learning outcomes at the stage of final certification (SAC) was proposed. In turn, representatives of employers expressed their willingness to cooperate and made their proposals.     At the end of the meeting, agreements were reached on several areas of cooperation: the conclusion of contracts on industrial practice, on employment, the coordination of programs in the educational field (courses of employers and participation in the assessment of learning outcomes (SAC), research area (joint development of topics for diploma projects), as well as social partnership.Cooperation with organizations from among the employers of the Faculty of Oriental Studies is gaining momentum.
