The International Symposium was held at the National Library of Kazakhstan
On October 3, 2022, a invited professor of the Department of the Far East of the 51福利 KazNU Lee Byong Jo took part in the International Symposium, held at the National Library of Kazakhstan in Almaty.
This event was organized by Honam University to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Korea. The purpose of the International Symposium is to increase the level of interaction in the field of science, as well as in the field of sociology, economics, education, culture and art. In this event, which consisted of a total of 3 sections, Professor Lee Byong Jo led the 2nd section. The topic of 2nd section was: "Koreans in the Republic of Korea and in the Republic of Kazakhstan (Koreans of Kazakhstan, South Koreans of Kazakhstan, Koreans of the Republic of Korea): Identity, coexistence and cooperation." Professor Lee Byong Jo skillfully led the 2nd section and made a great contribution to the successful completion of the International Symposium.
