The Department of Economics of the Higher School of Economics and Business has concluded a memorandum of听mutual cooperation听with three organizations:听Otbasy听Bank JSC, Agro Land Co LLP,听Skif听Trade LLP.听The official ceremony of signing the memorandums was attended by Member of the Board听鈥�听Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs听Zhakypova听F.N., Dean of the Higher School of Economics and Business听Bimendiyeva听L.A., Head of the Department of Economics听Dauliyeva听G.R., Faculty of the Department, Deputy Director and Head management of work with clients of the branch in Almaty of听Otbasy听Bank JSC, Director of the Human Resources Department of Agro Land Co LLP and Director of the HR Department of听Skif听Trade LLP.听During the meeting, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs noted three main areas of cooperation:
1. Joint teaching and joint development of educational programs;
2. Direction of students for practical training;
3. Joint scientific research.
In the conditions of competition between universities, there is a tendency for the role of employers to increase in the implementation of educational programs. Relationships听with employers should begin with the formation of a set of trajectories within the framework of educational programs, the composition and content of elective disciplines, and continue within the framework of the educational process and subsequent monitoring of employment and career based on stable ties with employers.
Employers influence the quality of education by participating in听practical trainings, working as part of state attestation听commissions,听and acting as direct employers when hiring graduates. The direct participation of employers in the educational activities of the university consists in consultations in the development and examination of educational programs, conducting practical classes, guest lectures and seminars.
All employers of the Department of Economics have shown interest in cooperation in all three areas.听We look forward to fruitful and mutually beneficial cooperation!
