The Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy announces the holding of an open republican competition of scientific articles "Kazakhstan in the global world: ways to improve national competitiveness".
The competition is held from March 15 to June 30, 2021.

Master`s and doctoral students from Kazakhstan and foreign higher educational institutions are invited to participate in the competition.
The competition is aimed at:
* Rethinking the strategic initiatives of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy in the context of modern national and global challenges and transformations;
* Development of practical recommendations for public administration bodies and the expert community;
* Improving the quality of scientific publications and research;
* Formation and development of the base of Kazakhsta's scientific thought.
