On may 24th in Moscow, 51���� KazNU. as a participant in the Consortium of the CIS Networking University (CIS NU) took part in an international seminar, which was a meeting of the CIS Council of Coordination with representatives of 28 universities-members of CIS NU from 9 CIS countries and representatives of authorities and departments of the Russian Federation.

Within the framework of the seminar 51���� KazNU has signed new agreements with the Ural Federal University named after B.N. Yeltsin within 5 directions of preparation of master degree students under CIS NU:

- Diplomacy of energy resources (within specialty "Geography");

- Sport’s psychology (within specialty "Psychology");

- Socio-professional youth strategies (within specialty "Sociology");

- Social work in a health care system (within specialty "Social Work");

- Preventology in the youth environment (within specialties "Social work" and "Social pedagogy and self-knowledge").

On the session peers:

• reviewed the results and problems of the functioning of the CIS NU, information on new directions and training programs;
• approved work schedule of CIS NU for 2017-2018 academic year;
• discussed accession of new HEI’s to the CIS NU consortium;
• signed memorandums with universities-partners.
