At the faculty, international standards and new scientific achievements are taken as a basis, which carry out the training of medical personnel at all levels of educational programs - undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs. Additional professional education is also provided for business representatives and specialists from various fields and sectors involved in the development, promotion and implementation of health improvement and maintenance programs.
There are two schools in the structure of the faculty: the Higher School of Public Health and the Higher School of Medicine, as well as the Scientific and Practical Center "Innovative Health Care".
Today, students from Turkey, Afghanistan, Yemen, Jordan, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Pakistan, Palestine, Syria, India, USA, China, Russia, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan are studying at the faculty.
- As a leading university in Kazakhstan, the Faculty has its clinical bases which are Clinical Diagnostic Center and City Hospital No. 1.
Graduates of the faculty successfully work in large private and public medical organizations, Departments of Health and Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of regions and cities, which are employers of current graduates and are actively involved in the development of educational programs, continuous practical training of students, and provide practice bases. Employment of graduates of the faculty is 100%.
