In order to create a new Kazakhstan corresponding to the modern trends of globalization, it is important first to provide high-quality education and educate conscious students. In this regard, the teaching staff of the Department of «Kazakh Literature and Literary Theory» holds various weekly events within the framework of  Sustainable Development Goals. On April 5, a demo  lesson on the discipline:  «Abai studies» was held by the 1st-year master’s  degree student  of  «Kazakh Philology» major,  Zholdaskalikyzy Assel. The lesson was held within  the framework of SDG 4: Quality Education. The discipline is taught by the  senior lecturer Sargeltayeva Ardak and head of pedagogical practice is the  senior lecturer Seisenbieva E. S. The  lesson was held  for the 3rd year students of   «Kazakh language and literature» major. The lesson topic was: «The works on Abai's wisdom words  by  M. Auezov, H. Suyunshaliev, Z. Kabdolov». The   lessons consisted of three stages. At the first stage,  the students were provided with the information about the studies in the field of  Abai's words of wisdom. At the second stage the students were divided into teams and each team was given a task to analyze a certain wisdom word from qazmath.net. The students found the statement  and analyzed it.  At the third stage, each  team  defended the  posters on  the research of such scientists as M. Auezov, H. Suyunshaliev and  Z. Kabdolov.  The students  asked each other questions and exchanged opinions. At the final stage the teacher used  padlet.com and ended it with summarazing all opnions and ideas.  The lesson was interesting and reached its goal.
